WAND is seeking a high-energy, customer service-oriented Customer Support Analyst to join the WAND Support Center. The Support Analyst will be the primary troubleshooting resource for all support requests made by our Point-of-Sale and Digital Menu Board customers. The primary responsibility of the Support Analyst is to provide exceptional customer service on each and every interaction with our expanding worldwide network of customers.

Essential Functions:

  • Provide exceptional customer service on each and every interaction
  • Adhere to standard operating procedures and service level targets
  • Provide overflow support for the Support Coordination team
  • Resolve basic support & service requests
  • Escalate/route advanced support & service requests as appropriate


  • Combined 2 years of Customer Service and/or Technical training
    • G. Associate's Degree in a computer-related field
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A high level of professionalism, patience and empathy
  • Ability to follow detailed processes and procedures
  • Experience with Windows based software
  • Experience with Chrome OS a plus
  • Experience with basic computer troubleshooting (printers, monitors, connectivity) a plus
  • Experience with a support case/ticket management system a plus
